• IKRA Coordination Meeting (Short Character Family Initiative)




    On November 12, 2021, a Quarter 4 IKRA coordination meeting was held in the Wijaya Kusuma Meeting Room. This meeting was chaired by Mrs. Mimi from the Head of the Library and Archives Sub-Department and took place from 09.00 to 10.00 WIB. IKRA is a citizen literacy movement during the pandemic, and this activity was the result of collaboration between the Library Service and PKK and the Village. "It is hoped that this IKRA program can train people's creativity in understanding book contents so that they can create products/services," explained Mrs. Mimi. The targets of this program were mothers and children and the stages of the IKRA program were as follows:

    - Ease of Access
    - Ease of Understanding Book Contents
    - The arise of ideas and writings upon reading books
    - Produce products/services

    From the results of the meeting, the chairperson of the meeting explained that the results of the IKRA Program implementation were:
    1. In the first quarter, the IKRA Program was held in March 2021 and was implemented in 2 Sub-District Areas and 5 Sub-District Areas, consisting of:

    - Grogol Petamburan District: Grogol Village, Wijaya Kusuma Village, Tomang Village

    - Cengkareng District : Cengkareng Barat Village, Kapok Village

    In the first quarter of the IKRA program, 200 heads of families and the Library and Archives Sub-Department distributed 400 copies of books.

    2. In the second quarter, the IKRA Program was held in June 2021 and was implemented in 4 sub-districts and 5 sub-districts, consisting of

    - Palmerah District: Bambu Selatan City Villages, Slipi Village

    - District of Kebon Jeruk: Kelapa Dua Village

    - Kalideres District: Kalideres Village

    - Tambora District: Krendang Village

    In this second quarter of the IKRA program, 200 heads of families and the Library and Archives Sub-department distributed 500 copies of books.

    3. In the third quarter, the IKRA Program was held in September 2021 and was implemented in 3 sub-districts and 5 sub-districts, consisting of

    - Kebon Jeruk District: South Sukabumi Village

    - Kalideres District : Semanan Village

    - Tambora District: Angke Village, Tambora Village, Kalianyar Village

    In the third quarter of the IKRA program, 510 Heads of Families and the Library and Archives Sub-department distributed 500 copies of books.

    Through this coordination meeting, it was informed that IKRA activities in the fourth quarter would be held in 2 sub-districts and 5 sub-districts, which consist of:

    - Tamansari District : Keagungan Village, Maphar Village, Tamasari Village

    - Kembangan District: Srengseng Village and Joglo Village

    In the 4th Quarter IKRA program, it was targeted to 100 family heads in every village and there would be an evaluation meeting of the 4th Quarter IKRA activities and the 5 best villages would be selected and get appreciation.
