Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting on the Realization of the Implementation of the Annual Budget (APBD) of 2021

 

The Meeting for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Realization of the Implementation of the APBD for the 2021 Fiscal Year was held on Monday, November 4, 2021. This meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the City of Adm. Of West Jakarta and held in the Meeting Room of the Deputy Mayor of the West Jakarta City Administration Block A Lt. 2 Jalan Raya Kembangan No. 2 West Jakarta. At this meeting, the Chairperson of the Meeting explained the realization of the implementation of the third quarter budget until October 1, 2021, amounting to Rp 638,108,807,026 (65.39%) with the following details:

- Secretariat of City Rp 257,698,664,815,- (67.02%)

- 8 Districts Rp 6,271,757,856,- (59.16%)

- 56 Villages Rp 374,138,384,355,- (64.43%)

 

There were UKPD with the lowest absorption value or below 60%, including:

- Kalideres District, which is 53.03%, this is because the SPD in some new activities published at the end of September 2021.

- Palmerah District is 53.53%, this is because the SPD had just been published in September 2021.

- Cengkareng District, which is 56.19%, due to the efficiency of electricity consumption at the Cengkareng District Office.

- Kebon Jeruk District, which is 57.26%, the SPD was only published at the end of September 2021.

- Jembatan Besi Village, which is 59.52%, the SPD had been published in July 2021 has not been implemented yet due to vaccination activities.


The next point that was explained at this meeting was, in Secretariat of City there were two parts that had not yet been issued by the SPD, including:

- General and Protocol Section, on building rehabilitation supervision consulting services activities

- Government Department, in the planning activities for the construction of the Tamansari Sub-District Head Office and the planning for the construction of the Duri Kosambi Sub-district head office

The results of the meeting were also suggested by the meeting leader, the City Secretary, to follow up on the results of the facilitation of the final draft of the 2021 RKPD amendment by the Director General of Bina Bang, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the results of the preparation meeting for the 2021 KUPA-PPAS amendment in the Village, City Administrative District on October 1, 2021. There were several things that needed to be followed up immediately, including the Sub-Districts and Villages to re-check the realization of the existing budget in anticipation of the budget realization being obscured in the Sub-Activity Details and immediately submit the problem to the Mayor in the Finance Department no later than 4 October at 15.00 WIB.
